Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery is free for orders of £35 or more (of goods) for delivery within the majority of the UK.

A flat fee of £4.50 delivery is charged for orders under £35 for delivery within the majority of the UK. These charges are for our standard 2-3 day delivery to mainland UK excluding the Scottish Highlands and all islands.

Delivery to the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly may incur an additional delivery charge but as a general guide, orders under £50 do not incur additional delivery charges. For orders over £50 please contact us for a quote prior to ordering.

We aim to dispatch all standard delivery orders by the end of the next working day after receipt of order. However, at busy times we may occasionally take up to 3 working days for dispatch.

Express Delivery is a flat fee of £9.95 for delivery to mainland UK only (excluding the Scottish Highlands and all islands).

Unfortunately, we do not offer an express delivery service to the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly.

Orders received by noon, Mon-Thur, will be dispatched for next working day delivery. Orders received by noon Friday will be dispatched Friday for delivery Mon/Tues. Express delivery is not a guaranteed service and can occasionally take 2 working days for delivery. A contact telephone number for the courier can be helpful.

Dispatch and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders by the end of the next working after receipt of cleared payment (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays) but please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

Our parcels are dispatched by either Royal Mail or Courier depending on the size, weight and contents of your order and a signature on delivery may be required.

You can request a parcel to be delivered without a signature if you wish but please be clear and precise about where you would like the Goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the Goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

We will deliver the Goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate as we are not responsible for any problem arising due to inaccurate or incomplete details provided by you at the time of ordering.
